Tier 3 builds on the project-based versions in Tier 2. Every customization starts from a working Archie project, so completing a Tier 2 setup is a prerequisite.

Where to Start

Think of Archie the way you would think of a new colleague joining your team. The more context you give them about your district, your role, your calendar, and the people they should route sensitive questions to, the better their guidance gets. Each customization below is a different type of context you can share.

There is no fixed order. The right starting point depends on what kind of context would be most valuable for the work you do most often. Think about your recent conversations with Archie and ask yourself: would Archie give better answers if it knew more about my district's people and structure? That points to the District Profile. Would it be more helpful if it could name the right person to call when a sensitive issue comes up? That points to the Escalation Directory. Would drafting go faster if Archie already understood who you are writing to? That points to Communication Presets. Would it be easier to stay on top of deadlines if Archie knew your calendar? That points to the Rotary Calendar.

If you are not sure which context would make the biggest difference, ask Archie. Share what your role is, what you use the project for most often, and what kinds of questions you find yourself asking. Archie can help you think through which customization would have the greatest impact on your workflow.

Share Your Configuration

If you have customized your Archie project in a way that works well for your district or committee, we want to hear about it. Shared configurations help other districts skip the trial and error and get to useful results faster. Submissions do not need to be polished. A short description of what you changed, why you changed it, and what improved is enough.

You can share system prompt snippets, knowledge base file structures, prompt memory strategies, or complete project configurations. Anything that made Archie more useful for your specific situation is worth contributing.

To submit, send your configuration details to [email protected]. Include your district number, the customization type (system prompt, knowledge base, prompt memory, or a combination), and a brief explanation of the problem it solved. Contributions will be reviewed for RI alignment before being added to this page as reference examples for other districts.
